Trend: Degas Baby!

What happens in a tutu stays in a tutu. Edgar Degas' delicate ballerina paintings come to life through dresses resembling a leotard and tutu. That ballerina blue hue gives a soft romance to a more distinct approach at capturing art in motion. Looking like you just stepped off the stage, embrace the time you have while raising the barre.

Trend: 4-Eyed Tree-Huggers

Handmade wooden frames take classic shapes such as the "ray ban" frame above and act as though mother nature herself did the dirty work. This wooden glasses frame trend can be found at Urban Spectacles, where they can custom make a pair of their eco-couture creations (they are one of a kind after all, and good for the environment).

Trend: Boho-bleak

Boho chic, or should we say boho bleak? The trendy new spin on the ever-so popular boho style is edging it out in a darker, more punk-rock way. Still incorporating loose eccentric prints, this boho bleak style adds darker shades than the traditional hippie vibe incorporates. Wear your hair down and enjoy free-flowing tops, but when reaching for your boho brown belt, pick up a studded one instead.

Trend: Birds of a Feather

I have always been a huge fan of peacock feathers (fake of course) as accessories. These beautiful feathers add a raw worldly flair to any plain jane outfit, taking you from an ugly duckling to a totally trendy swan. Peacock earrings are the perfect way to play with this trend without totally leaving the nest face first. If you are a more daring chickie however, try peacock hair clip, pumps, or yes, even sweaters! Causing quite a stir, watch out for these feathers, for you may fall victim to their bird flu.

Trend: Dandelion Wine

Spring is here and so are those "weeds" we all know so well called dandelions. Taking a cue from these ever so present plants is this spring's color trend: soft yellow and grass green. Pair a flimsy/transparent yellow blouse with green skinny jeans or pencil skirt, and you are officially wearing Eco fashion. In our currently very green world don't you think you can do your part by emulating one of nature's finest?

Trend: A Clockwork Orange Eye

Everything old is new again! This saying couldn't be more true as the 1960's heavy eye is swinging back into vogue. Channeling A Clockwork Orange, Mischa Barton displays this ultra chic new trend. Want to get the look? Use a black shadow to line the crease of your eyes, you can extend the shadow too creating a wing. Put a heavy layer of mascara on the top lashes. Draw in your bottom lashes for an exaggerated look with liquid liner (think Twiggy).
